Betty's "The Whole Enchilada" Beef and Cheese Enchiladas Recipe

These are corn tortillas with meat, stuffed peppers and onions, with enchilada sauce with sour cream and mix a pinch of sharp cheddar crowned! Easy and delicious! Ingredients: 1 pound lean beef 1 teaspoon salt 2 large onions chopped 2 large green bell pepper, chopped 2 cans 10 ounces enchilada sauce (you hot or mild, or one of each.) 1 cup sour cream 10 to 12 canCorn tortillas 8 OS.
