Easy Beef Casserole

Sue Mallick with Food City presents a wonderful recipe for a simple beef pot on Food City's Cooking School. Ingredients: 1 kg minced 1 / 4 tsp salt, 1 package frozen mixed vegetables 1 can chicken soup 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1 / 2 pkg tater tots Cook beef and salt in largeFrying pan over medium heat, drain well. Spoon beef into greased 2 1 / 2 qt casserole dish. Layer vegetables, soup, cheese and more than ground meat. Top with potatoes. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.

Betty's "The Whole Enchilada" Beef and Cheese Enchiladas Recipe

In this video shows, Betty, how to "The Whole Enchilada - beef and cheese enchiladas. These are corn tortillas with meat, stuffed peppers and onions, with enchilada sauce with sour cream and mix a pinch of sharp cheddar crowned! Easy and delicious! Ingredients: 1 pound lean beef 1 teaspoon salt 2 large onions chopped 2 large green bell pepper, chopped 2 cans 10 ounces enchilada sauce (you hot or mild, or one of each.) 1 cup sour cream 10 to 12 canCorn tortillas 8 OS. (2 cups) shredded Monterey Jack cheese 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese Place the minced meat to melt in a deep pan over low heat. The whole thing with 1 teaspoon of salt. Add 2 large onions, chopped 2 large green peppers. Cook, stirring constantly, until beef is browned and vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Now pour the 2 cans of enchilada sauce to give in a separate pan and 1 cup of sour cream. Stir well and place over low heat. Bring to just a simmer and remove from heat.Prepare for your enchiladas preparation by setting up an "assembly line", as follows. Take a corn tortilla, dip in very hot enchilada sauce mix to make it soft, then put a generous amount of meat and vegetable mixture to about 2 / 3 of the tortilla soaked. Have 8 ounces (2 cups) Monterey Jack cheese in a bowl and closeby get enough cheese to top the meat mixture generously on your tortilla. Now roll the tortilla on your enchilada shape.
