Beef Recipes: Aromatic Beef Curry and Frosted Meat Loaf

Aromatic Beef Curry

A beef stew the other kind is the following aromatic curry.

Ingredients

25ml butter and oil

2 large onions, sliced

2 tart apples, peeled and diced

15ml curry powder

2 cloves garlic, crushed

5ml each turmeric, cinnamon and cumin

750g boneless beef chuck, cut into cubes

7ml salt

50ml mild chutney

25ml brownVinegar

15ml brown sugar

200ml tomato puree

250ml water

2 bay leaves

125ml coconut

100ml sultanas

Cream (optional)

Method

Heat the butter and oil and fry onions and apples. Add curry, garlic, spices and beef. When browned, turn off the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients except raisins. Spoon into a large casserole dish and bake, covered, at 160 º C for 1 hours 30 minutes. Add more water andshall, if necessary, and the sultanas. Cover and bake for 30 minutes or longer, until very tender. If you are serving, stir in the cream just before.

Frosted Meat Loaf

It is difficult, a Meat Loaf brag, but the potato "frosting" and a homemade sauce, add to the look and taste of this book.

Ingredients

125ml milk

1 egg

125ml quick-cooking oats

25ml oil

2 onions, chopped

500gMinced

15ml Worcester sauce

25ml tomato sauce

50ml chopped parsley

1 medium carrot, coarsely grated

5ml salt

5ml mixed dried herbs

Frosting

6 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed

± 100 ml hot milk

25ml butter

1 egg yolk

Salt and pepper

Method

Beat milk with egg, add oats and leave to have to pull for 10 minutes. Heat oil and fry onionsuntil they are lightly browned. Mix remaining ingredients, then add fried onion and milk mixture. Combine thoroughly and firmly into an oiled 25 x 8 x 7cm loaf tin box. At 180 º C for 1 hour. They are available for about 10 minutes or until juice is reabsorbed, unmould then on the flat, warmed plate.
Beat until fluffy mashed potatoes with hot milk, butter and egg yolk and creamy. Seasno, then whirled across the bread, top and sides, and back to the furnace at the same temperature for 15-20 minutes.Serve with green vegetables and pumpkin are baked in the oven at the same time. Serves 6.

With leftover frozen turkey meal prep makes it even easier. Here are some Turkey Crock Pot recipes that your family will love.

Crock Pot Turkey Stew

1 large bag of frozen mixed vegetables

2 kg without cutting bone, skinless Turkey, in bite-size pieces

2 tablespoons flour

1 cup chicken broth

1-1/2 tbl tomato paste

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 / 4 cup chopped freshparsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Place veggies and turkey into crock pot. Mix flour, broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl and then add to crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW setting for approximately 8 hours. During the last hour, stir once or twice, breaking apart any turkey that has stuck together. Be careful not to remove the lid for more than a minute or so. Stir in parsley just before serving.

Crock Pot Turkey Sandwiches

6 c. shredded Turkey

3 c. grated cheese

1 / 2 c. Miracle Whip

1 onion, chopped

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can chicken soup

Mix everything together and cook in crock pot for 4 hours. Stir twice during cooking does not recall the tip of a very long time. If the mixture is really thick, a little hot water at the end of cooking. Serve on Hoagie buns.

Old-Fashion Recipes For Ham Loaf and Norwegian Meat Loaf Both Suitable For Diabetics

This is a pair of economic recipes that allow you your family a "Meatloaf", without breaking the bank is different, so to speak feed. If you prefer pork over beef, try this ham sandwich. For a different perspective on the traditional meat loaf, try the Norwegian Meat Loaf.

NORWEGIAN MEAT LOAF

1 / 2 kg minced
5 cups seasoned mashed potatoes
1 / 2 cup chopped onion
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons flour
3 / 4 tsp dill
1 / 2 tspSalt
1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
Pinch of nutmeg
1 / 2 cup shredded pasteurized processed cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8-inch loaf pan with foil and extends about 1 / 2 inch above sides. In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, 2 cups of potatoes, onions, eggs, flour, dill, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Press mixture into loaf pan. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees. Carefully remove from loafLift foil from pan. Remove foil and transfer with spatula to an oven proof serving dish. In a medium bowl, combine potatoes with remaining cheese. Spread on top and sides of bread. Return to the oven and place 20 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned. Makes 4 servings.

HAM LOAF

1 1 / 2 pounds ground ham
1 / 2 cup bread crumbs
1 / 2 cup quick oats
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 / 2 cup brown sugar

Combine ham, bread crumbs,Oats, eggs, onions, parsley in a large bowl. Mix well and shape into a loaf shape. Sprinkle the sugar over top of loaf. Place bread in a very lightly greased and floured baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes.

Easy Spaghetti Recipes

Spaghetti has always been a favorite family meal. My teenage daughter will eat leftover spaghetti for breakfast, lunch, and as a mid-afternoon snack. Not everyone loves spaghetti so much that they go to that extreme, however, and the same food can be boring after a while. Here are some ways to jazz these old favorites:

Italian Sausage Spaghetti



2 lbs. Italian Sausage

48 ounces spaghetti sauce

1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

Green pepper, cut into thin slices

1 lg. Onion, cut into thin slices

1 tbsp. Parmesan

1 tsp. Parsley flakes

1 c. Water

Place sausage in the pan and cover in water. Drain let simmer 10 minutes. Meanwhile, place remaining ingredients in Crock Pot. Add drained sausage and cover, cook on low 4 hours. Increase to high and cook 1 hours more. Cut sausage cut into bite-sized slices and serves more than cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Irish Italian Spaghetti



1 onion, chopped

2EL. Vegetable

1 pound ground meat

1 tsp. Salt

1 / 4 tsp. Pepper

Dash red pepper

1 / 2 tsp. Chili powder

1 / 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can of condensed tomato soup

1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti

1 / 2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown onions in oil. Add meat and spices. Brown lightly cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Add soup to simmer, cover and leave 45 minutes. Cook spaghetti. Cover with sauce and ParmesanCheese.

Roasted Spaghetti



1 c. chopped onion

1 c. chopped green pepper

1 tbsp. Butter or margarine

1 (28 ounce) can sliced tomatoes with liquid,

1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained

1 (2 1 / 4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained sliced

2 tsp. Dried oregano

1 pound hamburger, browned

12 oz. Spaghetti, cooked and drained

2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 / 4 c. Water

1 / 4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In a large pan and fry onions and green pepper in butter until they are soft. Tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano. Add ground beef. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Half of the spaghetti in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Top with half the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with 1 c. Cheddar cheese. Repeat the layers. Mix soup and water until frothy, pour over the pot. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Six to 8Servings.

Chicken Spaghetti Casserole



1 / 2 c. Margarine

1 c. chopped red bell pepper

1 (4 ounces) are sliced mushrooms, chopped

1 / 4 c. Chopped bell pepper rings

2 c. Chicken broth

1 / 4 c. Flour

2 c. cooked chicken, chopped

1 (4 ounce) can diced green pepper

1 tsp. Salt

1 ounces chopped almond leaves

1 / 2 kg spaghetti, broken

4 slices American cheese

Melt margarine and cook peppers and mushrooms until soft, add flour andmix well. Add chicken broth. Cook and stir until thickened. Add chicken, pimento, and add spices, heat and almonds.

Cook spaghetti in boiling water for about 9 minutes. Drain and mix with old ingredients. Place in casserole and give with slices of American cheese. Heat to 325 degrees until the cheese is melted (about 30 to 45 minutes). . Dienes

Jean Broccoli Salad

1 bunch fresh broccoli, washed, drained and chopped
1 cup black olives, sliced
1 / 2 cup green onions, chopped
1 / 2 cup greenBell pepper, chopped
3 / 4 cup mayonnaise
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped

In a large bowl, mix broccoli, olives, spring onions and peppers. Add the mayonnaise and mix blend. Add the chopped eggs and fold into the salad mixture. Currently stored in the refrigerator until serving.

Beef Goulash Soup Recipe

Hungary's most famous dish is almost certain goulash. Variations of the dish is not only in Hungary itself eaten, but also in many other countries. In Hungary, goulash is known as "gulyás" or "Gulyásleves.
